My Money Manager Frequently Asked Questions

To start using My Money Manager simply click on the My Money Manager button once you are logged into your online banking account. The first time you click the My Money Manager it will pull in all of your HHSB accounts.

How to Add an Account & Gain Control of Your Finances


The real power of My Money Manager is in its ability to help you gain control of your finances by monitoring all your accounts in one place.

Step 1: On your Dashboard, click the three dots in the upper center right of the page, then click Link Account.

Step 2: Now you can search for accounts that you have at other financial institutions.

Step 3: After you have found the institution put in all the required information to link your account.

Step 4: Once your account has been added, you’ll receive a notification on the Dashboard. Confirm your transaction and balance information is correct and begin managing your finances!

After you have clicked on the My Money Manager tab and if you experience any problems or have any questions click on the three dots in the upper center right of the page, then click on "Help" link to find answers to many frequently asked questions that you might have regarding My Money Manager. If you cannot find an answer in the frequently asked questions you have the ability within the frequently asked questions to submit a question and you will get an email response from support.
