Floating Account Specialist

 

The Floating Account Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional in-branch customer experience by handling customer needs from sales to service, including teller transactions, opening new accounts, handling consumer loan requests and performing service and maintenance on accounts (including address and name changes, wire transfers, and electronic services). Utilizing a needs-based sales process approach, the Floating Account Specialist will provide solutions based on customer needs and how they like to conduct their banking. Time spent in various aspects of this role will vary from day-to-day depending upon branch traffic and needs. Team members are expected to demonstrate and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including but not limited to BSA, OFAC, CIP, and internal policies and procedures.
 
Schedules for this position may vary some from week to week due to the coverage needs of the team. A tentative schedule will be provided weekly with the potential to adjust. This is a coverage based position meaning that the hours of operations need to be fulfilled with appropriate coverage as assigned by the manager. Dependability and flexibility within the range of the shifts listed on the description of the position is crucial for success in this position.
