Part Time Ladoga CSR
The Ladoga Customer Service Representative is a pivotal team member responsible for delivering an outstanding in-branch customer experience by efficiently handling a variety of tasks, from accurate teller transactions and reconciling cash drawers to providing comprehensive account services. This multifaceted role also encompasses following established guidelines for processing new and existing accounts, IRAs, CDs, HSAs, and other deposit accounts. The Customer Service Representative actively contributes to the achievement of service standards, team goals, and individual targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
This position is based out of the Ladoga Branch, however, several times per month this position also provides coverage at the Crawfordsville South location on Wednesday afternoons/Saturdays and/or attends trainings at our Crawfordsville Success Center. Mileage is paid for work related travel outside of the normal daily commute to and from the Ladoga location.
