Business Development Officer III
The Business Development Officer partners with teammates throughout the organization to connect customers with comprehensive financial solutions while representing Hoosier Heartland State Bank with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. This position is designed to be an externally focused role, with the majority of time spent in the communities we serve developing relationships, prospecting for new business, networking with community partners, and creating opportunities that contribute to the Bank's long-term growth.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous sales experience (banking preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of consumer and business deposit accounts, consumer loan products, and other banking products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with bank operations and security procedures.
